Ad filmmaker turned director R Balki showed a hell of promise with his debut hindi flick "cheeni kum". Cheeni Kum is a winner - a powerful script, superb screenplay, stellar casting, illaiyara's soulful music and balki's direction makes this amitabh, tabu starrer a special ensemble. Watch for the funny and spontaneous one liners in the movie and the "so real" romance between Amitabh and Tabu.
Absolute worth a watch barring couple glitches.
